Step 1. Check Service Type

In MTY Service Page, you can find a suitable Service Type for your shipment。Also you could make a phone call to us。

Step 2. Prepare your Shipment

After you decided which service type you are going to use, Please make a Commercial Invoice for your shipment.(There is the sample of Invoice in File Download Page. )It is very important to use correct packing material to pack your shipment, in order to keep your contents safe during shipping. please attach the finished Invoice on the top surface of your shipment.

Please make sure that your contents is not in the List of Prohibited Items

Step 3. Ask to Collect

Japan nationalwide (Except Far Island) shipment can be collected free of charge. You just call SAKAWA to collect your shipment, and send it to MTY by SAGAWA's consignee paied service.

Step 4. Shipment Inspection

In order to make your shipment delivered smoothly, When your shipment arrived to MTY, the safety inspection will be taken. Also our staff will check package, weight, size and attached document. according to the data you provided to make Internatioanl Air Way Bill.

Step 5. Make payment

After shipment be checked, MTY will work out the exact shipping charge, and info to you by telephone or email. Please use bank transaction to send money to following our account.

Step 6. Transit to Oversea

After the payment receiving is confirmed by 3pm, we will start the following process at the same day.

Export Clearance to Japan Custom ⇒ Load to sameday Flight ⇒ Destination import Clearance ⇒ Deliver to Consignee

To trace all movement of your shipment, you just simply input the Domestic parcel bill number to MTY trace page, all detail will be showed for you.
